What We Do
Hazeal Newman’s three core offerings are accountancy, taxation, business consultancy and financial planning services.
Our accountancy and tax services include taxation advice, bookkeeping, preparation of tax returns (from the simple to the very complex), BAS, GST, financial statement preparation, fringe benefit tax; and SMSF and Superannuation advice and support.
Business Consultancy support includes business advisory services, budgeting, cash flow, succession planning and estate planning, and business set-up and structuring. We provide Financial Planning assistance through our long-term partner Midsec, supporting you in key areas including wealth creation and investing.

With over 20 years’ experience in the accounting industry, Adam has been at Hazeal Newman and Associates since 2003.
Born and Bred on the lower Eyre Peninsula, Adam has an affinity with the area and assists clients across a broad range of industries. However, agribusiness is his specialty, with many of his clients operating in the agricultural sector on Eyre Peninsula and beyond.
Adam is passionate about his clients and keeps in regular contact with them to ensure that his advice and assistance is tailored to their ongoing needs.

Todd joined Hazeal Newman & Associates in 2009 and has over 20 years’ experience in the industry across a broad range of sectors. Primarily focused on taxation and business advisory services, Todd is also our “go to” person for all things superannuation, with his extensive experience and knowledge in this area.

Brett has over 23 years’ experience in the commerce and accounting industry. He draws on this deep experience to assist our clients in a broad range of industries, focusing on taxation and business advisory services.
Born and raised on rural Eyre Peninsula, Brett has previously worked in a variety of businesses within the fishing, property and retail sectors.
David worked with Westpac for 25 years in all aspects of banking.
Joined the Team at Hazeal Newman and Associates in February 2010.
David enjoys his family and is heavily involved in Cricket and Football in Port Lincoln

Kirsten McDonald joined our Hazeal Newman & Associates team in August 2011 and has been supporting our clients as an accountant since this time.
Since starting Kirsten has completed her Bachelor of Business (Accounting) with Swinburne University of Technology – Melbourne.
Originally from Cowell, Tim started with Hazeal Newman and Associates in December 2014 after he completed his bachelor of commerce through Flinders University, Adelaide
Tim also volunteers locally with the South Australian State Emergency Services.
Tim plays for the Wayback Football Club & Tod River Cricket club.

Todd started at Hazeal Newman and Associates in 2015 after completing his degree, completing his CPA in 2018. Todd and his wife Robyn are family-orientated and out of work he enjoys taking part in sports including mixed netball and tennis.
